Who should not take ADVAIR (Fluticasone and Salmeterol)?

ADVAIR (Fluticasone and Salmeterol) is contraindicated in the patients with weak immune system (immunocompromised host), diabetes, osteoporosis or similar other bone disorders, tuberculosis, systemic infection, pneumonia, convulsive disorders, known liver diseases, hypertension with or without heart disease, Glaucoma and cataract, exposed to chicken pox or measles, serum potassium imbalance, Thyroid diseases, allergic to milk proteins and uncontrolled breathing problems.   • Inhale ADVAIR (Fluticasone and Salmeterol) exactly as directed by your doctor. If you do not understand these directions, ask your pharmacist, nurse, or doctor to explain them to you.
  • Shake the inhaler well before use.
